Donate to The Music Institute of Lexington

We feel very fortunate that Music Institute programs and student enrollment continue to grow, even during challenging economic times. During the 2011-2012 year, the Music Institute was able to provide 418 students with scholarships because of the generous support from our community. However, we had to establish a waiting list for financial assistance due to the high demand of individuals seeking scholarships.

The goal for our 2012-2013 campaign is to raise $10,000. The Music Institute will dedicate 100% of all funds raised toward our scholarship program. Will you help us reach this goal by sponsoring a student and providing an enriching experience to someone in need? Please feel free to give the gift in memory of a loved one, or in honor of a friend or family member. You can download the pledge sheet and fill out the nessesary information for a card to be sent in your name.

You can also help by purchasing a Kroger Gift Card! Kroger gift cards are easy and cost you no extra money! Just purchase a $5 gift card from the office and reload the card when you buy groceries, gas, or any other items at Kroger. For every $5,000 that is reloaded to the cards, the Music Institute receives four percent. Please consider making this part of your grocery shopping experience!

We hope that no student will be turned away this year due to lack of financial assistance. It will be your support, along with the Music Institute’s dedicated board, staff, faculty, and volunteers, that will make a difference in the community and the lives of others!
